Girard Main Street offers new fundraising effort while honoring Veterans

Military Hero Banner for Girard Square

To honor both active duty military members and veterans, the Girard Main Street organization is holding a fundraiser by hanging banners of those who have served around the square.

Community members can purchase a banner for $200. The flags will be hung around the square every year for Independence Day and Veteran's Day for a period of 3 years then returned to the buyer.

Supporting the Square

This fundraiser directly supports the Girard square and is highly encouraged for anyone who has a family member who has or is serving in the military.

Norris Outdoor Advertising will be producing the banners

Local business, Norris Outdoor, has been assisting in the design and construction of Veteran's Banners.
