Butler Community College Vocal Music to Perform “Dancing Through Life” 

Final ADMC vocal show features talents gained from outside professional direction 

El Dorado, KAN. (April 28, 2025) – Join Butler Community College’s Vocal Music Department for an unforgettable performance featuring a diverse array of vocal ensembles. “Dancing Through Life” is the final vocal concert this semester, which audiences will enjoy on May 1, 2, 3 at 7 pm and matinee on Saturday, May 3 at 2 pm. 

Featured ensembles are Concert Choir, A Cappella, Chamber Singers, Gold Standard, Headliners, and the Barbershop Quartets, the Noteables and Smorgaschords. The concert showcases the incredible talent and vocal range of our vocal students and features a few guest Instrumental students in the combo. 

From stirring choral arrangements to solo performances, the concert promises an evening of emotional depth and musical excellence. The students worked with Stevie Mack Furlong, a Radio City Rockette in NYC, Bekkah Williams and Madi Underkofler, both Butler Vocal alumni who also contributed choreography to the show. 

Valerie Mack, Matt Udland, Chad Ingram, Amanda Pfenninger and Doris Prater are directing this must-see event. The public is invited to witness captivating harmonies and powerful melodies. 

Butler’s Vocal Music students have had an active semester, including involvement in many off-campus events. If you are interested in having a Butler Vocal Music ensemble perform at a school or business event during the 2025-2026 school year, email [email protected].

Cost: Free for staff, faculty and students with college ID; $10 for adults; $5 for seniors. Limited seating. Early reservations strongly encouraged.
